Return & Exchanges
All returns require some information so we can process your return smoothly and as quickly as possible. Please contact us for more detail of returning process.

Please take reasonable care of the goods, as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of poor handling of the goods by you.

It is your responsibility to get the goods back to us within 14 days of your notice of cancellation and for you to pay the return postage costs. If you need advice on postage options, particularly for large or heavy items, please contact us.

Make sure that your return is suitably packaged and either in a box or wrapped in plastic and that our address is clearly visible on the outside of the package. Do not stick labels directly on product packaging and please avoid putting sticky tape on shoe boxes.

It is up to you to pay the postage to return any items to us. We recommend that you use a signed for service as we cannot accept any responsibility for parcels which go missing on their way back to us.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item

Refunds

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 14 days after you receive your items – Which means we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason which belongs to our side (a refund will be available in there was a mistake on our side) within 14 days after you receive your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within 30 (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will resend your order or refunds 100% money.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (such as Paypal), within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
